Uncharted was good for the gun battles but Tomb Raider wins for the best puzzles EVER!!
I bought my first Xbox the day it came out only to have the graphics card fry on me a month later :(
the start-up menu would freeze and turn to red legos.
Halo Wars has one advantage, the Halo name itself. If it wasn't branded with a name everyone loves it would just be another RTS I bet a lot of people may buy it for the name and be dissapointed after finding out it's different in gameplay and requires skill to play.
They both should do good in thier own right but I'm sure we'll see blogs working overtime trying spin up the perfect spin on this one.
I beat it over the holidays and have to say it's the best one to date. The controls were alot better which in return seemed to make it a little shorter but the puzzles were pretty fun!
it was sarcasm...
good point and there's no other way of putting it really.
People these days are too wrapped up in the "hype machine" and it seems like everything that attracts to them needs to have some kind of label to mean anything. The simple fact that there's so many of these easy way out articles proves a point that were becoming a society that relies on information that is fed to us rather than an open idea that takes any kind creative thinking on your own.
btw why ...
If Killzone 2 comes equipped with swimming lessons and a life jacket then I guess there's a chance for survival. ;)
I guess I'm not a serious gamer, no biggie... but for the amount of time I use multiplayer there's nothing to warrant a $60/year fee. same goes for call waiting for my phone, it's a service that's not needed.
When you own both systems the PS3 is the system that keeps on giving.
I saved $120 in the last 2 years by choosing Sony over the Xbox for the online aspects!
AA batteries are so last gen.
Sony better advertise this one and the online better be flawless on day 1.
"Sony, the world’s second-biggest maker of consumer electronics, climbed 7.6 percent to 2,120 yen, the sharpest jump since Nov. 5".
So wait??? is Sony a sinking ship or what?
I guess you missed the article about Microsoft laying off 15% of there staff eh?
http://www.n4g.com/industry...
Sony drops 4% of it's workforce, Microsoft drops just over 15% of there's. So when's the next "VS" article coming out :)
#1 was Bus Simulator.
I just beat it a couple days ago and it's pretty good! People who say the graphics are no good have either only played the demo or were expecting more out of a Tomb Raider game?
Although I can't justify paying full price for it due to the fact that the improved controls make the game end faster, I can say it's by far the best Tomb Raider to date and the puzzles were fun!
a fast forward/rewind for the music player.
actually I was referring to the $300 model of the Xbox and assuming that you pick it up on sale/with a game included or something which is usually the case. I think the $200 model shouldn't even be on the shelves.
I don't see me forking over money for a new system for a long time yet and with the PS2 still kicking around the term "future proof" doesn't sound so unbelievable.
whats interesting is that Sony pushed thier line-up of games HARD at the CES. Lets hope they can do the same for the rest of the conventions.
